How a man shows up for his family is no small matter. These days however there’s too many guys that show up in dubious ways. In some part due to modern culture and our shallow, profit driven, instant demand values. In other parts due to meager examples unintentionally set by their own fathers and male role models. Providing there was one to be had. Either way, how a man shows up comes down to his habits and priorities.

And that’s where I come in. I can help you recreate your habits and priorities – specifically around health and lifestyle – so that you can be a more effective leader and role model for your family. First, I help you develop greater self-awareness in way of the impulses and hang ups holding you back. Then we go after nutrition, exercise, and stress management.

Because for integrity to be possible, a man needs to be healthy – he needs to have a strong and resilient body AND he needs a stable and secure mind. That’s the original default and the one that works best. In the other hand, when health is lacking, masculine integrity is usually in shorter supply as well. That’s why I really believe in getting after your health – it has an extraordinary impact on how you feel and function as a man.

My best qualifications include that I am indeed a man and father, I can relate with a whole lot of crap and glory, and I actually give a damn.

In addition, I am a registered holistic nutritionist (RHN), NASM certified personal trainer (CPT), and experienced coach who helps guys optimize their fitness,nutrition, and lifestyle habits.

Through 20+ years of trial and error, I have discovered the basic practices and perspectives that are needed to keep me healthy, capable, and satisfied. Now I feel great and my family’s future is brighter than ever. And while there’s always more work to be done, I found my track.
